You won't want to miss out on these easy to make recipes for French cookies and baked goods to add to your Christmas repertoire, to serve this holiday season for friends and family, or they would be great for a cookie exchange with friends.

We will make a variety of baked goodies from scratch and you will take home a sample of each.  It's never too late to make another batch of Christmas cookies!

Some of the tempting items on our list are: des sables (shortbread cookies), des palets des dames (a specialty of the north of France), des petites madeleines (if you don't already have a madeleines bakingsheet, you will run out and get one when you see how fast and easy these are), and the always lovely petites tuiles aux amandes

Come join us for some holiday cheer and take home a treat for yourself - a small box of already made cookies!

Instructor: Françoise Meunier trained in the hotel and cooking school in Toulouse.  In 1997, she opened one of the first private cooking studios in Paris.  Her practical approach and easy-to-follow demonstrations will teach you how to reproduce delicious French and ethnic dishes at home.
