This last session of the Spring WICE wine-tasting season is the beginning of what's to come in the Fall. The first in a series of Parallel Vertical tastings.

It's fascinating to glimpse a particular wine in different phases of its evolution and to see how even slight climatic changes from year to year can transform its character. This fascination is tripled when said wine is placed right next to one of its close cousins-- we begin to get a sense of how radically unique the destiny of each well-made wine really is. Come join us and take a look back at what happened and what is happening with two excellent wines in key years over the last decade.

Instructor:
Thomas Boothe's, extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.
