Join fellow WICE Members for a warm bowl of Chinese "hot pot" soup at a small Paris Hot Pot restaurant in the 11th Arrondessement of Paris.

Hot Pot is a Chinese tradition going back more than 1,000 years and may have originated in Mongolia where the main ingredient was meat. Hot Pot then migrated south during the Tang Dynasty. In time, other ingredients and variations developed throughout Chinese regions depending on available ingredients.

Seating is limited at the restaurant so there is only enough room for the six Members who register.

As some of you know, we scheduled our visit to this unique restaurant on Wednesday noon. Hmmm, they are closed only on Wednesday noon. Let's go back and try it again.

Upon registration you will be provided with this secret Paris restaurant's name & address.  Shhhhh. Keep it a secret.
