Friday, April 5credit: Meredith Mullins

Piedmont and Tuscany are probably the two most beautiful dialects that Italian wines can speak, and on this night we will learn to “hear” and appreciate the differences. Increasingly easy-to-succeed-at blind tasting games will put into stark relief the similarities and contrasts between these powerful, elegant gastronomic personalities.

Instructor: Thomas Boothe's extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.

Remember to sign up early! Space is very limited in the wine tasting courses.
