Friday, June 7credit: Meredith Mullins

Just beyond the southern tip of Burgundy’s renowned Côte d’Or lies the less well-known Côte Chalonnaise. Rully, Mercurey, Givry, Montagny, Bouzeron are names less famous than most of their northern neighbors, but reliable sources of excellent red and white Burgundy. In addition to expanding our knowledge of the Burgundy region, this tasting will reveal what excellent values these secret superstars really are.

Instructor:
Thomas Boothe's, extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.

Remember to sign up early. Space is very limited in the wine tasting courses.
