Is there a better red wine deal on the planet than Loire Cabernet Franc? Probably not. Chinon and Bourgueil have popped up in many of our tastings and have always been stunning. On this night we will go more deeply into what exactly these wines are… comparing producers, vintages, and the many different micro-terroirs. Not to be missed.

Instructor: Thomas Boothe's extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.
