The first course, when well presented, is the delight that opens up our appetite.

As we move into the cooler days, our chef Françoise will propose four seasonal entrées that are easy to prepare for a surprise drop-in guest. Find out what a maraicher grows as we prepare a salad with lambs ear lettuce and oranges and add a salmon mousse or a leek gratin on the side. Learn why the French love to hunt for mushrooms when the sun reappears after an autumn rain with the mushroom flan. Then top off all of these treats with a gâteau moelleux à l’orange for dessert.

En vous souhaitant bon appétit!

Instructor: Françoise Meunier trained in the hotel and cooking school in Toulouse.  In 1997, she opened one of the first private cooking studios in Paris.  Her practical approach and easy-to-follow demonstrations will teach you how to reproduce delicious French and ethnic dishes at home.
