Our German Riesling tasting gave us a new appreciation for the delicacy and subtlety of German wine. Now we’re addicted. So, our instructor made a secret trip to Berlin, seeking out clandestine contacts in dark cellars and back rooms. He returned with a suitcase stuffed with German treasures and is now able to offer WICE’s loyal wine fans a unique opportunity. We’ll be privy to a germanly thorough overview of the greatest (and certainly most underrated) white wines of the world. A rare opportunity to taste such wines in Paris. Not to be missed.

Instructor:  Thomas Boothe’s, extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.
