About the Instructor: Ireen Branders has lived and worked in Brussels, Singapore, Dubai, New Delhi, Johannesburg and currently is based in Paris. During her 4 years in India she has studied Ayurveda therapy at Kerala Ayurvedic Healthcare. She is also a Teacher in Raja Yoga and a Grand Master in Transformational Yoga under the guidance of Swami Vidyanand. Besides all this, she is a licensed Coach Trainer with InnerLifeSkills and a Life/Business and Enneagram Coach.
