From Art Nouveau, Art Deco to Modern Art

From the Romans to the latest modern innovations, Paris architecture covers almost 2000 years of history.

In this session, we will explore Paris architecture in the 20th century, from Art Nouveau, Art Deco to Modern Art, citing a large number of examples and  explaining their architectural specificities.

Catherine ESTIVALEZES has been a lecturer with WICE for several years: she guided walking tours in Paris districts, organized visits to museums, held on site lectures at WICE. She has a PhD in American and British history and literature, a professional degree in Art and History. She communicates her passion for art and culture in a simple expressive way.
