Our wine classes have taken us far and wide (Spain, France, Italy and beyond). This evening promises even more adventure-- time traveling. Join us as we lose ourselves in the Loire Valley space/time continuum … a journey that will take us backwards in time (a vertical tasting of two great wines of the region, Vouvray and Chinon). We’ll discover what happens to these wines as they age. How do they evolve in the bottle? Do they get better? Worse? Or do they just become different? As an added bonus, our time travel spotlights two of the best producers in the Loire Valley. Vive la relativité!

Instructor:  Thomas Boothe’s, extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.
