“When shall we live if not now … with good friends, good food, and good wine?” These are M.F.K. Fisher’s words, but the feeling is universal. We love the idea of weaving these pleasures together. So join us … for our first event of the season--an evening of good food and good wines, thoughtfully selected to show us that the best dance partners move to one rhythm but inspire each other to greatness by listening carefully to what the other is “saying.”

Tom Boothe, our fearless leader, will hand-pick six wines, with the delicious added dimension of a four-course meal, prepared by home chef extraordinaire, Jeanette Dardel. By the end of the evening, we will understand the beauty of these food/wine relationships, where the flavors of both become more lovely than either could have been on their own.

Instructor:  Thomas Boothe’s, extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.
