WICE is excited to turn 40 this year, and you are invited to the celebration.


We are hosting a grand Cocktail-Dinatoire at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. Please join us for this festive occasion.


Connect with members and volunteers, old and new, who helped make WICE what it is today. And discover some of the exciting, new things WICE is doing as it moves into its next 40 years.


Le Cordon Bleu chefs will be running mini-ateliers, preparing stellar dishes right before your eyes while providing tips for bringing haute cuisine into your own kitchen. Enjoy their delicious creations, with wine and champagne, while taking in the view of the Seine.


 Founded in Paris in 1895, today Le Cordon Bleu is considered to be the largest network of culinary and hospitality schools in the world. With more than 35 institutes in 20 countries, they train more than 20,000 students of over 100 nationalities every year.


Throughout the evening, a gentle and enchanting flute and harp duo will serenade you. Flutist Paula Thomas studied at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and founded The Flute Project in 2010 - a variable ensemble centered around flute, which has produced many quality chamber music concerts. Harpist Marta Power Luce studied at the École Normale de Musique de Paris. As a chamber musician, she regularly performs at festivals around the world, while freelancing with many French orchestras. The evening will also include a raffle for a €200 gift certificate to Le Cordon Bleu. The gift certificate can be applied to registration for any of their Culinary Workshops, refreshments at their cafe, and/or products in La Boutique, which offers honey from their rooftop gardens, Le Cordon Bleu branded kitchen linens, and more.
