What is the history behind French Cheeses?  How do you pair them with wines?

Participants will be invited to sample eight different cheeses, accompanied by 5 wines, and to discover which ones are your favourites.

About the instructor: Hélène Goble comes from a wine-producing family in Bordeaux and organizes wine tasting events and annual wine tours of the Bordeaux area.  As well as presenting wines, she will introduce you to the French ’savoir-vivre’.  She is a graduate of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust in London.
