This course is aimed at photo enthusiasts who want to develop their artistic sensitivity and explore fine art photography.
During the workshop, you will study the photographic narrative, concept, style, and purpose of your personal work. Students will analyze their images as well as review new trends in contemporary photography, without forgetting about the great photography masters.
During the four-session workshop, participants will learn how to create an artistic series of photographs from conception to exhibition. Students also will learn about different printing processes, including what photography paper is best and what framing to choose. Participants will develop a personal project throughout the class.
The classes will be indoors. Students should bring their images to each session for analysis, either printed or on USB.
Students can expect to:
Learn about fine art photography
Gain the necessary tools to develop their work
Critique their own work
Present a portfolio to a gallery
Organize a group exhibition at Wice galley
Suitable for advanced photographers or anyone
interested in creating a personal photography series.
