Recreational gardeners, naturalists, educators, and volunteers now have year-round opportunities to delve into green projects and garden experiences through the new "open community" collaborative mindset taking hold around Paris. Let our speaker Rosemary Cheylus tell you about several unique environmentally oriented organizations including her own Meetup Group : "Paris Come Out and Garden" and a new non-profit association for collaboration between hands-on gardeners and property owners in Paris.

About the Instructor

Originally from Connecticut, Rosemary Cheylus has been a resident of Paris for over 25 years. After obtaining her TEFL certificate (WICE 1990), she has devoted her time to raising a family as well as volunteering for several organizations in Paris. Rosemary has a degree in Landscape Design, which she is putting to good use though coordinating the Meetup Group “Paris Come Out and Garden."
