Café Maure de la Mosquée
Sweets & The Secrets of Eastern Beauty

Sunday, 28 June 2015 at 2:30 pm.

Join us for an exotic cultural experience that will take you away to one of Paris's most tranquil spots -  Café Maure de la Mosquée

This particular Paris Cafe Talk will be extra special.  Our guest host Sondes will guide a tour in English of the Mosque, including its Hammam.  We will learn about its unique architecture, history and traditions.   The tour will conclude at the famous Cafe Maure - within the Mosque grounds - where we can enjoy fresh mint tea and oriental sweets. Sandos will lead a discussion about Oriental traditions, rituals, and even beauty secrets.  Wendy will then talk about her recent trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi -- from camel farms, sleeping in the desert to even drinking coffee with golden powder in a palace-like hotel.

The afternoon will be a great chance to meet with each other before the Summer rolls in and to build bridges with other cultures.  Each participant will go home with their name written in Arabic.
