Bandol is one of France’s most interesting not-so-famous wine regions. These Mediterranean wines are often similar to Barolos (!) in their range of flavors, and develop into sumptuous, meaty treasures with age. And who can resist a meaty treasure? Who can also resist the other hand-selected Mourvèdre-based wines that we'll sample—torso-warming, cigar-resembling heavyweights with hairy hands, but elegant long fingers? So, come along on this night of heavy hitters and descend with us into chthonic ecstasies.

Instructor:
Thomas Boothe's extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.
