Leg of lamb is the traditional dish prepared at Easter by many French families.  We will watch as our chef, Francoise, prepares a garlic rosemary gigot d’agneau.  Certainly this meal is a must in springtime and summer.  As usual, we will discover the techniques that will take this meal beyond ordinary.  Learn how to make a delicious pan sauce from the lamb to be served with the traditional accompaniment – potatoes.  But perhaps most of all, you won’t want to miss out on how to make Strawberry Tiramisu, a new twist to an old favorite.  Surprise everyone with your new perfect dessert for summer.

Instructor: Françoise Meunier trained in the hotel and cooking school in Toulouse.  In 1997, she opened one of the first private cooking studios in Paris.  Her practical approach and easy-to-follow demonstrations will teach you how to reproduce delicious French and ethnic dishes at home.
