The form contains several parts. If you want to become
a member and not sign-up for courses at this time, you only have to
fill out the top, the section entitled "Membership Sign-Up or
Renewal (A)" and then the payment method/grand total section
at the bottom (unless you would also like to register for some courses
or make other payments).
Mail to WICE (7, Cité Falguière, 75015 Paris) a completed copy of the form with your payment (a check in euros) or with the credit card information and signature. Be sure to clearly
PRINT your name and other information. Include a TELEPHONE number.
Our information about you is only correct in our records if we can
read it.
You can also visit the WICE office and register in person,
paying with cash, a check in euros, or a credit card (Carte Bleue,
Visa or MasterCard).
Note that upon receipt of your payment, WICE will send
your membership card within 10 business days. |
