American Women’s Group in Paris (www.awgparis.org)
AWG Paris offers exciting educational, cultural and social
programs to English speaking women. From our Book Clubs and French
Conversation Group to the Working Women's Forum that meets every
month, AWG Paris has something for everyone. Our monthly coffee
get-togethers in member's homes feature informative speakers and
give members a chance to make new friends. Our roster of monthly
activities offers artistic tours, cultural courses and fun outings

Association

AAWE was founded in 1961 to protect the citizenship rights
of Americans married to Europeans and the children of these bicultural
and bilingual families. AAWE promotes American culture in this
context and assists in resolving needs specific to its permanent
resident membership. AAWE strives to strengthen understanding
among peoples of America, France and Europe on both a personal
and cultural level. |

Kensington Chelsea Women's Club (www.kcwc.org.uk) is a volunteer organization started in 1983 for ex-pats living
in London who want to meet other women and to enjoy the history,
arts and culture of this great city. We now have nearly 1,600
members from various countries and cultures, even including native
Londoners. Our programmes appeal not only to newcomers but also
to those who have lived here for many years. Many different activity
groups meet at varying times and focus on members’ interests.
Activities cover a wide spectrum of special interests - Art
History, Antiques, Theatre, Golf, Horse Riding, KCWC Kids Events,
Parenting, Bible Studies, Treasures of the Mid-East, and

MESSAGE

MESSAGE is a network of over 1000 English-speaking families
of all nationalities who live in and around Paris, offering contacts,
activities, information and support to pregnant women and families
with children. Fathers may also join. MESSAGE is non-profit organisation,
entirely run by volunteers who are all parents of young children.

The
Women's International Club of Paris (pariswic.free.fr)
Le WIC de Paris has a membership of over 200 members consisting
of 40 different nationalities. It enables like-minded women living
in and around Paris to share their cultures and is open to all
women who have lived in an international environment. The language
of the club is English. There is a monthly meeting 10 months of
the year (excluding July and August) with a guest speaker followed
by lunch. It offers a wide range of activities and events, put
on by its members, which includes a monthly coffee held in members'
homes. |
