Series I

Smart Devices as Tools of Creative Expression

Every Thursday in March at 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM

(March 5, 12, 19, and 26)

Workshops by Nancy Jochimek & Alastair Arthur

More and more people are turning to the virtual world to develop new business ideas, create new communities to share ideas, stay connected to current markets for further growth or simply to stay connected to loved ones.  In response to the demands of the New Communication Era we are now living in, WICE is introducing online communications workshops that will provide members with the tools to create interesting and dynamic content and share it with family, friends, colleagues, customers and with new communities.

To start, WICE developed a fun and informative 4-part workshop starting in March, which you can pick and choose the number of seminars you would like to attend.  The workshop series is designed to familiarize members to the creative aspects of Smart Devices -- the new tools of creative communication.  This first series will focus on Smart Cameras - the most popular feature of Smart Devices.  Each seminar will include a 60 to 90 minute guided photography session at a different location around Paris preceded and followed by a discussion on the different ways you can edit your photos and develop your own artistic expression both through images and writing.  We will also explore the various types of successful online profiles and learn what makes their communication strategy effective.  From seminar to seminar, we will dive deeper into the endless array of applications offered by smart devices and how to leverage their benefits.
