The Last Drop
All good things come to an end, including our favorite wine tasting dinners that Alexandre has been conducting for years with warmth and enthusiasm. But this will be a glorious ending, a “best of” dinner during which we will sample some of the most exciting wines from France and the new world. The program is still secret, but there is a serious chance that we will taste Meursault, Pommard, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru and spectacular Shiraz from Australia. This very special dinner will welcome the faithful members of our “club within the club” and newcomers who will want to share our experience.
Instructor: Alexandre Lazareff owns a small vineyard in Burgundy and has been a food critic for Le Figaro and France-Soir for over fifteen years. For the past seven years he has presented engaging gourmet wine tasting dinners, sharing his passion for wine with WICE.
