The Champagne dinner has been our favorite for over five years. This will be a unique opportunity to understand the difference between blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs, ultrabrut and champagne plus dosé. Along with the Champagne, we will taste great Burgundy and Bordeaux wines: A wise way to prepare for our own fêtes de fin d’année.

Instructor:
Alexandre Lazareff is a former student of France’s prestigious Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He has been a food contributor to Le Figaro, Le Nouvel Economiste, France-Soir and The Financial Times. He owns a vineyard in Burgundy and runs a public relations agency called Pain, Vin & Company.
