Alexandre Lazareff is a former student of France’s prestigious Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He has been a food contributor to Le Figaro, Le Nouvel Economiste, France-Soir and The Financial Times. He owns a vineyard in Burgundy and runs a public relations agency called Pain, Vin & Company.
