Maybe you’ve heard of blogging, but you’re not quite sure what it is. Maybe you’d like to start a blog, but you don’t know how to go about it, or can’t imagine what you would blog about. Today, blogging is as easy as sending an e-mail, and this talk will give you everything you need to get started. The speaker will discuss the particular benefits of blogging for writers, provide tips for creating blog content, and show how to use rhetorical strategies and literary techniques to write compelling blog entries.

Instructor: Pamela Poole is a translator and technical writer with an MA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. She has taught French and narrative writing at the university level. She writes poetry, is working on a novel, and she loves to blog
